I'm starting to teach piano lessons tomorrow. I'm just going to be teaching my niece for now, since I've never taught before. Possibly one of my nephews will start in a few weeks after they move. Some of my neighbors saw our piano and mentioned the high demand for piano teachers around here. That gave me the idea - if I'm any good I'll advertise and make some real money But for now, I'm happy with one student - plus my SIL can babysit while I teach.
My husband decided we didn't have enough money to go on the trip to Hong Kong we planned for this year, so I'm trying to earn as much extra money as I can. I even had an interview to assist a direct sales consultant - doing mailings, baskets, office stuff for her, and she said I can just bring my baby for 10 hours a week. I really want my vacation!

I wish you luck. Someday I want lessons. And a piano. DS is showing some interest, but he's afraid he would be bored with lessons.
