What exactly are they? i'm interested because we really need alot of work done to our home, new windows, heating/AC upgrade, new flooring would be awesome. Right now, we have a contract for deed, scored a really great price on this house. And I love this house, but.... after being here for 5 years, it's little idiosyncrasies are getting to me. We currently have the heat up to 78 degrees and we are still freezing. we have even put plastic up on the windows to keep the drafts out and it's still cold! So that is why i am interested in an FHA Loan. Any advice?

Regulations for certain programs vary state to state so I pulled up the HUD government site and put in your home state...Here is a link to get you started
