We have three. One is linked to our checking account and automatically transfers $20 each week. That is for Christmas and any other small "emergencies" that may come up. We have a larger one that gains more interest and is at Merrillynch so we don't have easy access to it. That is for bigger emergencies. It has also helped us pay for some of DH's school, car stuff etc. Ther other is a vacation fund. There isn't much in there now since I don't work, but one day it will get filled up again! I love saving but what I should be doing is getting out of debt!
