So is mine! I still have a 401K from my old FT job, but I haven't added to it since I left. My DH does have retirement savings deducted from his paycheck. So we have been saving, but I know in my case that it's not enough.

DH has a 401K through work, which he contributes the max and has a company match. I also have a 401K from when I used to work.

I have both Traditional and ROTH IRAs also, but I've been lax in adding to them since I became a SAHM 8 years ago. I will really need that "catch-up" phase in a few years when I turn 50, provided the IRS will still allow it by then.

We couldn't retire today, but we're young yet (I'm 23, dh 26). We have been investing for years, though, and have a very good retirement plan. We may spend our free money frivolously at times but at least we are on top of this retirement thing.

We to invest in DH's 401K and I invested when I was working. We don't do quite as much as we would like to still with his Employer match and profit sharing we get a lot more invested then just the pay role deduction. We need to increase the amount again but really want to focus on consumer debt first
