N.U.T. (Nagging Unfinished Task)

Do you have any financial nuts looming over you? It feels so good to get them done.

Here are some ....

1) Creating or using a budget spreadsheet.
2) Catching up with the FTJ project
3) Filing your paperwork
4) Taxes anyone?
5) Making an appointment to get those wills done.
6) Checking with your HR department to see if you are using all of your match (or dh's match) - free money.
7) Set up that online high interest account for your emergency fund.

Any others. Is there one you can tackle this week? You'll feel so much better to have it done. I'm off to update my budget now .. my n.u.t. for today.

The most pressing NUT right now is getting the taxes done. I have to itemize all of our non-cash charitable deductions, and we always have ALOT!

Also high in priority is setting up a will. We are "older" and have 4 kids. I can't believe that we haven't done it yet. We started to discuss it a few years ago, but DH and I had a major difference of opinion in who would be the guardian of our kids, so we dropped the subject.
