I know .. "fun" and "mortgage calculator" shouldn't be in the same sentence ... but this one is really cool. I love playing around with the sliders to see the difference a few years or a few percentages make. It's very motivating.

It's on an ING site but it's not an ad for ING. ING DIRECT Canada: Mortgages

LOL...I had to wonder when I saw "Fun" and "mortgage" in the title. And now yes I have to admit it....It was kind of fun playing around with the slider.

The thing about mortgage calculators is they typically give you the MAXIMUM you can be approved for. We'd never spend that much on a home... we like to have money left over to live our lives!

I love the Compare Mortgage Rates | CD Rates | Home Equity Loans Mortgages Quotes Best Rate Calculator Bankrate.com calcuator as well as the calculators on David Bach.com & The FinishRich Minute™ for his bi-weekly mortgage calculator. Huge savings on your mortgage for the same amount of money a month!

Then again, I'm a Realtor so mortgages are fun for me to look at always.
