i was readin our paper today and it said that govn rendell is planning on mailing out up to $400 rebates for poor families! and health insurance to all. they are planning on giving money to people who DO NOT pay taxes it says. anyone else see this article? im not to sure what my opinion is on this since we just got a drink tax, energy bills are goin up 40%, and not to add gas and milk prices. but lets just hand out $400 to people that dont work!

BTW what is the drink tax?

the drink tax is what they just passed in alleghany county. if you go to the bars and if you buy a beer you get taxed like 10% on it. they said they needed to do it to help fix the roads!! what a crock of poop.
