I agree!!! I think it is just begging and not taking personal responsibility for your own debt! It should not be allowed.

What I want to know is -- who are the fools bidding on this?

For $100 or whatever the bid is now you are agreeing to take on her $103,000 worth of debt. She is selling a negative thing and people are committing to buy. You don't necessarily get her house and car you get the notes.

If you bid $1, she could sign everything over to you and you are basically agreeing to pay all of her bills.

This is just strange.
