Are all you kidding? Honestly the question is what is "what is your biggest debt..."an most of you are saying my morgage you guys call that a debt. This so insulting for thoses that are really in debt. I don't mean to kill the "ambiance" but this is more a brag thread in my opinion than anything else, I am not trying to be a hater but I could not help myself on that one! My 1st post too

Our house. Past that we have no debt. Not bragging, just answering the question.

There is a reason I frequent MommySAVERS. I have learned from the best. You can, too, blade. Just hope right in. We are not a bragging bunch.

Student loans. they are at about $20,000... and more to come.

In response to a PP.. Welcoem to Mommysavers, we are glad you decided to join us here. but this is not a brag thread. you would know this if you knew the ladies answering this question. they don't brag. almost everyone here at Mommysavers is VERY conservative when i comes to stuff like that. actually in the entire time i've been here i've never seen a brag about anything to FLAUNT it ... when someone does "brag" it is as a triumph and we all rejoice with them for there great effort. JMO..

I hope to get to the point where I can say that our only debt is mortgage....someday.....

Right now our biggest debt is our student loans... I have government for around $13,000. DH has 2 loans- government for almost $30,000 and another one for $3000. That is our biggest debt. I also have around $7000 cc debt. It is frightening how much we owe. But little by little we are committed to getting it all payed off.

OK I am feeling a little blue, maybe even jealous reading some of those.
I feel like I am drowning in debt.
My biggest debt other than mortgage 1 and 2 (because I wasnt sure if those counted) would be pre-planned burial expenses.
At the time, I thought this was a wonderful idea, no burdens on anyone blah blah blah but now Im thinking "isn't this what I have life insurance for?"

1rst would be our mortgage then next our only other debt is cc wich is riduculous at a whopping 17,000 but 9,000 of that i just got them to give me 0% interest and make it a fixed loan i will have it paid off in 3 years if i don't pay more and pay it off sooner.
