What is the biggest debt you guys have right now - Page 6

We have been debt free for the most part for the past 3 yrs - this includes our home, 2 rental properties and 5 vehicles. Right now I have $900 on my credit card for 2 car repairs that I will have paid off at the end of the month. I use my charge card to accumulate frequent flier miles.

We don't own a house yet, prices here are beyond ridiculous and if we had bought I fear we would be having troubles now, you're lucky to get a mortgage under 3k here (we're talking for a condo!) We will look to buy after cc debt is paid off and I'm back to work.

Same boat I live in Northem Va the cost of living is similar. I will have student loan too soon since I plan to go back to school

Our mortgage, then our Home EQ line of credit & next or CC. Thankfully we don't have any vehicle loans.

Our Mortgage! Next is my van (a little over $11,000) and it should be paid off by October (HOPEFULLY September)! Just paid off our credit cards last month! And the Student Loans were paid off about 6 months ago! That's it!

We have the following:
1- First mtg
2- HELOC -
3 - Car #1 - Will be paid off soon!
4 - Car #2 - Have a few years to go.

Paid off CC Debt for over 6 years ago. I hope to never get in that trap again Paid of student loans about 4 years ago

Once car #1 is paid off in the fall I plan to put that payment towards the HELOC.
