I told my 19 yr old brother, who still lives at home with our parents to save money - as much as possible while living there. Because when you move out its hard to save.
I should have taken that advice when i lived at home with them - I lived with them after my divorce for a couple years and got to "comfy" with my money and spent it on crap I really didnt need. Now I wish I would have just saved it all!

Weird but I would tell myself to get a CC Use it and Pay it off still carrying a small balence to build credit.

I was almost 23 when I got my first card.

Now if I could tell myself one more thing it would have been nice to know that the great job I was planning on wasn't out there
