logged into our internet banking this morning to find $900 credited to our account. Except we're supposed to get $1500 - me, DH and DS. My SS ends in 25, DH's is 70 and DS's is 71. Was it DH & DS credits? If so, where is mine? We filed jointly in DH's name. Has this happened to anyone else?

I would look into that...

Your deposit goes by the primary filers SS # (any others don't matter) . Double check and make sure your status is married filing jointly with 1 dependent. It sounds like they did a single with 1 Dependant.

We only made mid-20's combined (I don't work).

How do you check if it was put through as joint or individual?

OK. This is what I was told by my sister (who actually called the IRS)

She said that if you didn't have to pay in than you get less.

For our family:
Hubby, me (SAHM), and DD we will only get $900.00

Maybe you didn't pay in and so you won't get as much as you thought. We thought that we'd be getting $1,500.00. But if you noticed on the paper that they mailed it said up to $600 per adult and $300 per child.
Hope that helps someone!

We got a $2400k tax refund this year -- I'm figuring that means we paid in?

It's all been so confusing about this stimulus. From the IRS website, we should be getting back $2,400 ($600 each for me & DH, $300 for each child). I entered in our info here Economic Stimulus Payment Calculator - Welcome to the Economic Stimulus Payment Calculator and that's how much was estimated we are to get. Enter your tax info and it should tell you how much to expect. If you think you should have gotten more, get your copy of your tax return and call the IRS to find out what happened.

People Are Getting Back Smaller Amounts Cause they Didn't Pay in As Much Taxes.

It wouldn't Be Fair if One Person Only paid in 500.00 to Get Back the Same as The Person Who Paid in 3000.00

I forget Where I Saw it , But I Think you had to Pay in at Least 2000.00 To Get Back the Full Amount.

I Am Not Sure On those Numbers , But that is Why everyone is Getting Different amounts.

Okay then - according to that, we only are getting $900. Thanks for the help.
