What are the top 3 things you want to do regarding money...It could be pay off debt, have X amount of $ for retirement, build a home, repair a home...anything...what are your top 3?

Mine are:

Pay off debt (I don't include my mortgage in this)
Build up a decent savings account ( a tie with funding retirement)
Pay off mortgage

Mine would be:

- open two roth IRAs for dh and I
- make some household repairs (carpet, tile, paint, etc)
- continue to save as much as possible

- Pay off student loans
- Build up 6 month EF
- Build up moving saving*

* Fiance wants to go back to school, and I want to find a job more in my target career, so we're going to need to move, so this would be moving expenses, first and last months rent, etc.

Have 5+ years EF in a CD with higher interest.

1. Re-build the car replacement fund. We had to borrow from it to make some repairs.

2. Build up the emergency fund. I'd like to get it to 4-6 months expenses just for security and peace of mind.

3. Bring up our income ... not sure how to do this yet. I'm calling out to God and listening intently for the answer.

1. Finish paying off my van
2. Save up 6 months of expenses
3. Start saving for retirement & the kids college funds!
