We got an envelope in the mail...

It was wide open, unsealed and from the IRS. Our business open to the world. Was someone looking for a stimulus check?

That is not what it was. They wanted more money for a past year. I am counting pennies, trying to move into a real house this year after living in 3 rooms for four years and the IRS claims we haven't paid enough. It is not a valid claim and I think that we can support our claim. But you never know with the IRS. Most people just pay up and they know it.

I hope we actually get a stimulus check.

This happen to me more than once when I had my business. The thing that always got me is that it took them a year to tell me that I didn't pay enough in.

At the time I paid an accountant to do my taxes because I had to do them every quarter, but then I would have to call the accountant to take care of the problem for me.

No biggie, just a pain!

I'm sure someone was looking for a check. Hope you get this cleared up soon.
