i would give it back either way i always check my change as well but i think i would have gone back they are working just like anyone else to make a living no matter what their job is.. yeh carnivals are overpriced but ya know that when you go there so i would be honest and take it back.. but i guess thats because when we have our town festival the carnies are always nice let our kids get extra rides and longer rides for free even let them play some games for free.
