As DH gets paid bi-weekly every month I try and plan out a "schedule" for when bills get paid by their due date (so that the company receives payment before the due date).

Because July is a 3 check month for us some things got flipped for June and July and I have been paying things early (so that they are paid when I get the bill and they are in well before their due date) I am finding I *prefer* to have things paid this way...It is less stressful come due date and I'm not worrying as much. I know it won't happen every month, but when it does, it's a nice feeling

We pay bills once a month, on payday. 5 week months are so not cool. And I'm with you, much less stress paying before they are due.

Hate to say it, but it's usually after the due date. I'm the sole income provider so it's a little tight here.

I try to pay about a week before the due date to give the banks time to process it.

I pay bills twice a month, at the beginning and the middle. Both dh and I get paid then. Everything is either paid right before it is due or right on time.

Dh and I both work at a university where we get paid Once a month- the last working day of the month- I like it don't get me wrong- I pay everything the first of the month we are headed into- so nothing is ever late and all the bills are paid each month- what gets me is when there is a longer month and those who get biweekly pay seem to get an extra pay check and all that does for us is strain ...LOL but I hate to complain I have been paid once a month for the last 7 years I am used to it now ..

DH gets paid every week and I get paid every other week. All of our bills except 1 gets debited out of our checking account, so I never even think about them. The one that I have to send in, I send it back out the day after I get it.

DH is paid E/O week, and I have things figured out that "this" comes from check #1 and "that" comes from check #2. Most often they are slightly before or right around their due date.

Most bills are paid on or slightly before their due date. There are a few non-credit related things that are sometimes a little late (DH is paid twice a month. Those are "slotted to pay" with a certain paycheck).

DH gets paid every other week. Out of one check we pay the mortgage, out of the next one we pay our car payment, all the utilites are paid usually within a day or two after receiving them.
