poll: if you got a check in the mail today for $1,000 dollars wich item would you buy

ok so say you recieve a check for $1000.00 in the mail from a relative and the only stipulation is you have to use it on you or your family wich of these options would you pick.. remeber you can't pay on bills.

We are working on lots of home improvement projects so it would go toward that.

I put appliance only because we are shopping for w/d right now. Normally I'd say vacation.

We've already taken way too many vacations this year, and don't need any type of home improvemtn projects, TV's and appliances are in good order as well..I chose buying a new wardrobe for the family, but I don't WANT to buy it for the family, and I may be selfish and just buy it all for me.

i didn't vote because i wouldn't do any of those things.

i would put it towards debt. nothing is more important to me than debt at this point in life.. i'm not fun..

I chose appliance, because I'd buy a dishwasher. That's less than $300 though, so I'd use the rest for a new wardrobe. Too bad we can't choose multiple answers.

If I could choose however I wanted, and didn't have to choose from those choices I'd put it towards bills and debt.
