I'm not a big mall shopper ... of course there aren't many where I live. What what attracts you to the mall? While I understand the concept of a bunch of stores in one place ... I also know there tends to be, on busy days, a lot of people and a lot of traffic and that usually over rides my desire of one stop shopping.

Sometimes for me, it's a lack of much else to do with the kids indoors in inclement weather. It's a way to keep the kids entertained. We have a play area in ours where the kids can run around and climb on the soft-sculpted play structure. At Barnes and Noble, there is a Thomas the Train play table in the kids' reading area. Then, we go to Scheel's to get a free sample of fudge.

There is a very SMALL MALL near me that I go to maybe 2-3 times a year, they have a JCPenney & a Bath & Body Works(among a few other stores) and I go there to look for clearance and to buy my Wallflowers at B&BW. Otherwise, I stay away!!

Nothing really...LOL! I go when I'm looking for something in particular or there is a sale I want to check out. I was never one to just 'go to the mall', it's just not my personality.

Children's Play areas. Most stores don't do it for me. The super mall (indoor outlet) has a ton of stores right next to each other and other features such as a play area, carosal and its built in a big loop so its perfect for walking. But really as far as the stores it has the outlet for Children's place, Gymboree, OshKosh, and Carters next to each other. You throw in the Old Navy, Gap and Eddie Bauer outlet and a few big stores like Nordsrums rack, Marshalls, Burlington coat factory and for me I can find good deals.

I make a trip to the mall a social thing having a friend means you have someone who can talk you out of impulse buys or you can make the visit to the mall for walking alone. I have gone many times and never event entered the stores.

I only go to the mall for the Target store to clearance shop. But, I never set foot into the rest of the mall.

I love the mall---do I go often--no--because I will buy things--I will say this though if I had the money I would go more. I love clothes---nothing else really just buying new clothes. Ah well

I do not like the mall. I'm surprised so many replied that they don't like it because I thought I was the only chick that didn't like the mall!
