You've got a good deal going, most jobs don't offer insurance to part time employees. You are paying very little for childcare, with those prices you can actually afford to work, you are very lucky (I get paid $60/day for watching a 1 year old and that's cheaper than most places around here) We have to pay for insurance for ds and I and it stinks, so I say to hold on to that insurance!
