Debt elimination plans should be made simply, affordable as well. We don't need to suffer more than paying our debt. We should make our lives easier in order to make paying our debt easier also.

Making such a plan needs a paper, a pen, a bright mind, and firm determination.

Debt Elimination Methods

How did you come up with your plan in order to eliminate the debt? Are you trying to cut back on spending as far as eating out, food budget, etc? I just started in October to really cut back as far as spending. I have not been keeping track of the totals, but think I have improved. My goal is set something up as far as goal as to paying off the CC's, student loans, then auto's. I just didn't know how you determined on how much to send to each creditor. I don't think 2 1/2 years sounds bad. After all it is realistic and doable for you. Good luck!!

momofoneboy- some people say start paying of the card with the lowest balance so that you can take that amount and add to the larger ones, others say pay off the one with the highest interest rate, I guess it's a matter of what you want to do.
