DH was laid off. Jerks! He still hasn't found a new job though we're getting by and I think we've decided just to start our own business. Not that there isn't some fear in that especially with the recent stock market.

It has been an adventure to say the least.

I felt the same way when DH was laid off a few years back. In hindsight it was the BEST thing that could have happened. SO hopefully you and your DH will have the same reflection in a few years.
