On average, how much time do you spending reading with or to your kids? If you read to them all separately, do an average per child.

My boys have to read for school. They have to read about an hour a night.

I listen to my older one read about 15 minutes a day. They when she is in the shower I read about 15 minutes to my youngest.

If we are on schedule for bedtime I read about 15 minutes to them both before bed. We are working on the second Rebecca book from the American Girl series.

I don't read to them anymore, but every evening we all sit in the living room with the TV off and read for a half hour.

Each of my kids have their favorite books that they want read so I usually spend at least an hour. Oldest dd reads as part of her schoolwork.

I love reading to my kids we read for about an hour a night. We just went to the library and got some new books. We have tons at home but they get bored with them

we are averaging 20-30 minutes a day plus my oldest has to read to me 20 minutes 5 days a week for school.

At least an hour a day, often more. Plus, ds (3) spends about an hour each day looking at books by himself at quiet time. We started reading to him the day we brought him home from the hospital.

We average around 15-30 minutes a day. There are days that we read a ton more, but most days it is at least 20 minutes or so. We make it a priority.
