We have a 1-at-a time unlimited service and we are getting unlimited watch instantly. My husband plugs the laptop into the tv for us to watch. We've been watching Heroes almost every night.

Awesome - DH was just talking about doing this instead of running into town occasionally for renting. If we could watch unlimited over the PC (he hooks it up to the TV too) ~ that would be really cool !!

I just wanted to add that I signed up for the free trial and went to cancel before it ended and they extended it 2 more weeks. So you could watch movies for a month for free if you wanted to!

I absolutely love Netflix!!

We don't have cable, so we got the 4-at-a-time plan for $25/month. They recently opened a distribution center in our hometown, so we really do get a new movie every 2 or 3 days. We use it to watch a lot of TV shows as well. And, the online stuff is great too. I search under online fitness programs, and use it for yoga and pilates. I figure that it saves us about $30 month over cable.

Oooh they made it unlimited now?! SWEET! DH and I take advantage of this a lot - we use it to check out the first season of some tv series to see if they are anything we are interested in. And we've watched movies through their "play now". We dont' have a cable to connect the computer to the tv, but we swing the love seat around to the computer desk, pop some popcorn and enjoy ourselves. It's great!

Netflix is the best bang for our money for enjoyment. We get our movies in 2-3 days (I sent back movies on Monday and am getting new ones today). I love their variety to choose from and they have excellent customer service. It's going on 5 years now, and I've never been disappointed.

They also link up some movies from your queue that are available for instant watch too - just remember to take them off your queue afterwards!

we still do the 3 at a time because the watch instantly often doesn't have what we want to watch. Sometimes it does. We watch all the HBO series on Netflix.
Maybe we can go down to 2....
Netflix is a great deal, we always find something new to watch and it's great for me during the day too, I watch things dh won't. Right now I'm watching Degrassi Junior High, I'm on season 3.....takes me back to when I watched it when I was in junior high!
Because of Netflix, we have basic cable, only networks, local channels and Discovery channel, $17/month (we do have On Demand on it because we rent a digital box to get local pbs digital channels, it's a secret good deal for Bay Area cable users )
