We've had it for a few years now and love it. It works out great for us.

I love no late fees. I love that we keep a list online and once we return one, we just get another one automatically.

Their customer service has been great.

they have a 2 week free trial if you want to see for yourself. I signed up for the 4 at a time and went to cancel before the 2 weeks were up and they extended it another 2 weeks, so you can really try it for a month. I thought it was great. I got the movies usually by the next day and they got back to them just as quick, so they sent out my next movie really quick. It didn't pay for us to keep it because only 2 movies got watched out of the 8 that I received, but if you rent often, it's a great service.

Love it!

I used to have the 3 moviesat a time unlimited, but we weren't watchingthem. SO I dropped it down to 2, and now I'm at 1, cuz I just don't have time to watch that many movies. But I love that if I want to watch a movie, I can do it whenever I want, and I don't have to rush to send it back right away, unless I'm in a hurry for a new movie. Dh has a membership to the local video store and he gets movies he wants, I get what I want from Netflix and watch whatever I want when he isn't home. And I only pay 4.99 plus tax for the month.

We did like the convience, but had tons of problems with discs being scratched or broken. It really sucks to get part way through a movie and not be able to see the end of it. They are really good about sending a replacement, but that takes time. We do better just renting occasionally from the video store.

We have netflix and love it. We have the 3 at a time program. We don't normally have time to watch movies during the week.....we save them for the weekend. So it works great for us. We can watch movies on Friday night and Sunday afternoon....then on Monday I mail them back and by Wednesday or Thursday we have 3 more new movies. I love that there is no late fees.........we can keep as long as we want.....sometimes we don't get around to watching them. And I also love that I don't have to drive anywhere to get them or return them. It's worth the money to us.

My family watches a lot of movies at home, as we don't to the theater except in rare occasions. I make sure to have a fast turnaround (ie watch the movie when we get it, and mail it the next day), that way I'm getting a great value too! Watching 10+ dvds a month from a video store would cost me $30-$40 a month.

Love it! Our favorite feature is Watch it Now. My husband connects the laptop to the tv. We're almost finished the first season of Heroes. It is nice since there is NOTHING on tv lately.

We love Netflix. The turnaround on our movies is 2 days. I mail on Monday, we have new movies on Wednesday. We have the 3 at a time plan. I think it is around $16-17 a month. We normally get about 12-15 movies a month. We don't always get them turned around that quick but most of the time, we get at least 3 per week. We have had a couple of problems with a non working disk, but that was not very often. It has happened maybe 3-4 times in the 3 years we have been using Netflix. If you rent movies, even if you have access to $1 rentals, Netflix is better because they are current movies. They also have movies you can watch online at no additional cost.

I say go for it, try it out for a couple months, if you don't like it, then cancel. I find that we watch a lot more movies in the summer because it is too hot outside and the kids are home but being in TN, you might watch less in the summer.
