We play more card games than board games.
We like one called Golf (we play this one a lot when we go to my parents house), We also play Kings in the Corners and one called 7up.
another one I just remembered called Hands and Feet
We used to play all those except for Hands and Feet with my Mil and Fil EVERY Sunday after the "big dinner"
We had a couple friends that we played Rummy, Monoply, and Yatzee at least once a month.

My family plays Golf! (with 4 cards and you look at two? and then draw and switch out to get the lowest score?)
I love Scrabble. I want the board game and should just buy it because it's usually only $12-15. I also like Trivial Pursuit. I enjoyed beating my stepdad and stepmom when we played they 60's version--they who lived through the 60's, lol. My mom would buy a board game every Christmas as a family gift. I have always wanted to play games here, but dh just isn't in to that.

Cranium (several different versions...all are great)
Scattergories
Taboo
Mad Gab
Trivial Pursuit (I like the 80's version)
Sequence
Yahtzee
Bunco
Scene It (played with a board game and a DVD)
Card games...usually Spades, Rummy, Pitch or Uchre (sp?)
Kid's games would be a whole other post...we play them all the time and have A LOT!
