I use this site for restarant coupons. In my area the local IHop has a buy 1 get 1 meal (up to $8 off) it also has pizza coupons and other good coupons to use at any local restaurant (just enter your zip code)

The coupons are never rejected because its the restaurants that put up the promotions. You can also type in other zip codes, say if you were going on vacation or a short trip, you can print out those coupons as well. (Im going to Vegas in a couple weeks and got some good deals on restarants.)
