Hi Ladies...Our family would love to take a trip to the Chatanooga Aquarium this year...I was wondering if any of you have been and might have some advice on expenses for the trip...I have already done a little research and found what looks like some good deals on a room and tickets. Their would be 2 adults and 3 kids. Also we will be driving there. Thanks!

Sorry I don’t have any advice but we went to the aquarium this past summer and it was awesome – the kids really enjoyed it – we got the tickets that included the IMAX 3D theater and that was get as well – we live it Tennessee and I never knew Chattanooga had so much to do. Have a great trip.

We always stop in Chattanooga on the way to my parents house and do something. We get tickets on base for a really good deal before we go, but if you have AAA, I know they have specials, too. The time we have stayed overnight, we stayed at exit 5, Shallowford Road, I think is the name. There is everything there and it is a safer area than downtown and Lookout Mountain exits, I think. I just found a hotel with a really good rate. We didn't do any package deal or anything. We also went to a train there that the kids LOVED! I will have to look it up. It wasn't the Chattanooga Choo Choo or anything.

We LOVE Chattanooga!!!
