Weird! We've only had one scratched disk in two years. I like it a lot. We have the three movie plan and usually have one movie for the kids, one movie for us and one TV series. We watched all of the released Entourage and now we're watching the Sopranos. Entourage is super good! Season 4 of Entourage is not out on video yet but it is available to view online.

We got Netflix when we first married and have loved and used it faithfully ever since. We tried the free month of Blockbuster's similar service and hated that, so we cancelled it before the month was done. Back to Netflix. There is a mailing center in Pittsburgh, so our turnaround time is 2 days as well. Their plans are great and you get unlimited Watch It Now for almost all of the plans. That feature is awesome; we're watching some TV shows that way and I watch some movies on my own in bits during the week. We watch a movie a night, sometimes it takes us a couple nights of watching half a time if DH's work schedule is weird. Another great thing - I can keep a movie that DS watches and wants to watch over and over again for a week or two and then send it back for another. No late fees for renting it twice (or three times). No having to chase him around the movie store as we're trying to pick movies we want and one for him. He sits on my lap while we look at the website and picks out his next movie. Honestly, we wouldn't go out and rent 20-30 movies/tv series a month, even with us being movie buffs. That would be insanely expensive. Netflix is our allowed entertainment for the month and we get every penny worth. I cannot say enough great things about it. We love love LOVE it!

Oh, I forgot to add (and now I can't edit).. in 5 years, we've only had 2 mangled discs that were unwatchable.

We've done Netflix for several years now, even given it as gifts. I have rarely had problems with their discs (maybe once).

I love Netflix! We just cancelled our dish network so we don't have any TV anymore (there was just never anything on whenever we had time to watch some TV).

We have the 1 disc at a time unlimited membership. We never had any scratched DVD's and this way we get to watch the movies whenever we want to!

Same for us...we have only had one cracked disc in more than four years of using NetFlix. It was replaced immediately. Their customer service is terrific! We also have great turnaround with our discs, but I know people that wait a while for their discs. Probably depends on what is on their queue as well...

I was a member of Blockbuster's online service for awhile, but switched to Netflix. I've enjoyed Netflix (1 movie at a time) but I don't like how you have to search for the week's new releases. The only thing Blockbuster online had better was that!

DH and I used to use Netflix. Then we cancelled it when we were trying to cut back on bills. Our local grocery store has a Redbox outside of their store. You can rent dvd's there for $1 a night! And you get to keep it until 9 pm the next night. So when we want to rent a movie on the weekend we just go up there. Its cheaper, I normally have to go to the store anyways, and its cheaper!

The only drawback is that they only have new releases. So if you want to watch an old classic you're out of luck.

We've never tried Netflix, but we do Blockbuster's program. We haven't had any problems with it and I like that we can return a movie to their store and trade it for another when we don't want to wait a couple days.

I used Netflix for about 6-8 months, and then cancelled, just based on the fact that I needed to save money. Yes, it is cheaper than renting several tites a month--but we never rent, so it's like the Netflix was something extra for me.
