A friend signed us up for 6 months when my husband was recovering from a bad car accident. We have now used it for 4 years and have been very pleased with the service. Movies arrive in 2-3 days. I think we have only had a couple of broken disks and Netflix got replacements out pretty quickly.

I love Netflix. I got a month free, and then paid for it for a few months, then canceled it. I tried Blockbuster free for 2 weeks, paid for it a couple months, and then canceled it. I only canceled them to save money. We moved, and I am trying Netflix free again for 2 weeks. I did have scratched disc problems at first, but when I tried a local movie store, I was having problems with their dvds too. I found out that I needed to get a new dvd player. My old one would only play perfect brand new movies. Since getting the new dvd player(which was only 20 dollars) I haven't had anymore problems with discs skipping.

We've had Netflix for a few years and absolutely LOVE it. Combined with network tv, and card or board games, this has been the perfect inexpensive replacement for cable, as far as evening entertainment goes.

Their customer service is excellent. Turn-around time is great. It's not very expensive. The only thing I might suggest (the only reason we haven't really done this is loyalty, because they've been so reliable) is to check out Blockbuster's deal. There's something to do with in-store exchange, which would be really nice if Netflix's online movies don't work out for you. We have really slow internet, so that doesn't work for us.

I love Netflix. It's sooo much cheaper then Blockbuster and you don't have to go out to get it. Less gas used.

Actually the reason we kept Netflix was because we were having problems with Blockbuster. When we shopped in store they kept charging me late fees when I thought I was on time. I finally rented a movie and returned it the next day and got a late fee. I complained and all they did was say the the computer said I was late. I told them I would not be back! Later they got sued for the same thing they did to me. Then the started copying Netflix when they lost business.

I've used Netflix since right after they started and I love it. I change plans occassionaly to suit our movie watching, right now we are at 1 at a time unlimited because my dh and I are so busy. If we are extremely busy, you can put your account on hold. I've had one broken disc, but they replaced it immediately. They have great customer service.

We also love Netflix. We have the package that allows three DVDs at a time with no limit for the amount you rent per month. The cost is $19 per month. We usually get about 10 movies per month for that amount, give or take.

DH and I usually get two for us and then we get one for DD. DD likes to watch hers over and over, she sometimes has a movie here for 2 weeks or more. LOL. It saves late fees and we just let her keep it as long as she wants.

DH and I usually watch 2 movies per week, give or take. We almost always have one here waiting to be watched.

The 'local' movie store is 12 miles away, so it is not convenient for us at all. Netflix works great and is very convenient for us.
