We tend to eat out less in the spring/summer because dh loves to grill out. Instead we end up walking to the ice cream place for a treat afterwards. The girls get child size cones that cost around $1.00 each.
So if you do eat out, sometimes it's cheaper to go out for dessert.

That's what we tend to do. If we eat out, we eat dessert or get just an appetizer. It seems I can't eat a huge restaurant meal anymore. I especially like the idea of walking to our little downtown after dinner. If the mosquitoes aren't bad this year, I hope to do more of that.
