(about 15 adults and about 7 kids)
This is what I have so far :
1.the Birthday party will be on a monday evening so that we can get a
an available reserved table(were not making Party reservations)
2.I am bringing my own cake and decor.
3.we didnt get any of the birthday packages because they seemed over priced.
4 I have a few coupons.

The best part is Chuck E will still come to your table no matter even if you didn't buy a party package or not.

We have done this for my ds for the last three years. We have coupons and we take our own refillable cups and we bring our own cake. They don't seem to mind since they know you will spend money while you are there.

I would suggest giving the kids just a few tokens at a time like 5 for that age and make them come back for more, otherwise you will be giving tokens out several times.

Have a great time!!

Also giving out a couple tokens at a time, there will be less losing them. Little kids always leave tokens by the games or drop them and cant find them.

I have some coupons for tokens, you know - the ones that are in the paper. When is the party? I will send them to you if you would like. PM me and let me know.

Have you signed up with their website? They have better coupons than the papers offer like getting 100 tokens for $10 and coupons on their pizzas.

There are coupons on their site, in the Sunday paper occasionally and on Hi-C packages. (i think another drink too...)

Here's is what we do for the extra tokens. we have some adults get a salad bar(which we pay for) and use the 10 free tokens with ANY food purchase. whenever I go to chuck I always do this and save up the tokens for a rain day. definately sign up the kids for the bday club. we got coupons for FREE tokens with out purchase required coupons.

If you register your dd's b-day on the website, they will e-mail you a printable coupon for free tokens (no purchase necessary) a few days before her b-day. We had our daughter's party there a few years ago and she still gets the free token coupon every year.
Good luck!! You'll have fun!
