My parents took me there just about every summer as a child, I love that zoo!! I have only taken my DDs there once 2years ago since then I have been really wanting to take them back for an entire day at the zoo!! When I went 2years ago I remember getting a packaged deal for everything for myself and only had to pay for my oldest since my other DD was around 2 at the time it didnt seem like I payed more than $30 back then I really dont remember. I just was on the Brookfield website and the prices have definetly went up and this time around we will be paying for 2 adults and 2 kids. I want to do everything LOL Im a kid at heart my fiance even more so kids 3 and under are free wooo hooo so there will be ME, My Fiance, DD1- 6yo, DD2- 4yo, Stepson- 2yrs, DD3 1yr. So I need to take into consideration my youngest two, while getting the best of it all for my oldest two. When I checked the prices and just saying we do everything the price for everything comes out to $76.50!!! Not including the $8 parking and well I'd like to make this special for the girls and eat at one of the neat restruants there. I looked at the membership and it seems pretty cool but I dont know if we would actually go more than once this summer with these high gas prices So clue me in update me on the zoo now, what is a MUST SEE, whats a waste of $$, is the restruants worth it or should we pack our own and have a picnic is so is there nice picnic areas? We will probably rent a wagon there, Im not sure on that though because we have really been eying a large Radio Flyer for awhile now. I will be probably going Memorial Day weekend or the weekend after. All tips please
