So, you get that great family-oriented DVD, great drinks and....plain old popcorn. Do you try to spice things up? They took those caramel ones, where you melted the flavor packet in the microwave, off the market. We still add cinnamon/sugar and parmesan cheese (not together, of course!) to ours for special times.

Do you do anything to your popcorn?

No way they took those off the market those were good - haven't had them in years but they were good. We have been doing Kettle Corn and it is pretty good. I have also heard that some people will throw in a couple M&Ms into the finished popcorn but haven't done that ourselves.

Just plain salt and butter. If we do caramel corn, the kids like the homemade kind the best and I am just too lazy to make it. Might have to make up some big batches of it for Xmas.

We love air popped popcorn verse microwaved. After it's popped, we spray the popcorn with I can't believe it's not butter spray, then add some parmesean cheese and a little bit of salt. My kids love it!

Now, that's different! My diva loves Ranch, so we'll have to try that one!

Great ideas here!

We sometimes add Lawrey's Seasoned Salt.

I love our Whirly Pop- It cost us $10.00 after Christmas last year- and you just add oil and popcorn and crank the handle. Perfect popcorn- almost no leftover kernels - cheaper than microwave (and safer too!)
