Hi All,
We are going to FL in the fall and wanted to rent a ouse or condo. Has anyone used ..VRBOŽ is Vacation Rentals by OwnerŽ Vacation Homes Rentals by Owner (vacation rental by owner)? Or have you used another site for this? Positive and negative info. is welcomed.
Thanks,
Danette

Yes, my family has used this site twice and had good results. Very nice places and they had ample room as well as well-stocked kitchens. Even some goodies we could use if we wanted to (hot chocolate, cup of soup, etc.) My niece even came (to Washington state) from ND and rented a very nice house for the 6 of them for less than $1000 for the week. It was a beautiful place and we had a large family BBQ there (22 of us).

We rented a cabin in georgia this summer through VRBO. It was great! I would definately look at the pictures and reviews. Also, my preference is tile or wood floors for sanitary reasons. Have fun!

We also used this site to rent a home for a vacation in PA last summer. It was a wonderful home and the owner was great! Good luck!

We have also used vrbo.com several times and have always been happy with our choices.

We got a condo in Myrtle Beach, SC one year with them. It was as nice as the pictures showed it to be. Somewhat harder to get into the unit then if there was simply check in at the front desk, but I would use them again.

We have used it twice - the pictures and descriptions can be misleading. Ask questions if you have them before signing anything. We did have fun at both places - it was mainly a place to sleep and shower for us, not to hang out/fix all the meals...

I ended up using another site which escapes me at this moment....It's through Wyndham vacation club and they rent out condos and houses so we ended up with a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the beach in FL. And the week we booked they gave you a 10% off coupon with a $75 credit for the next time you use their site to book a trip. So i'll have to let u know how it is.
