We love card games, Skip Bo and Phase Ten are our favorites that don't use just a regular deck of cards. But we play all sorts of other games - pepper, poker, kings corner (or is it queen's corner? I can never remember.... lol), etc....

We love board and card games. We have game nights and invite people over to play Cranium, Trivial Pursuit, Fact or Crap (a true/false version of Trivial Pursuit), Scattergories, Uno, Mexican Train (played with double-15 dominoes), bridge, bourree (Cajun poker, although it's really more like Hearts. The name comes from the Cajun French word for "screwed," because you have to bid how many tricks you will take, and if you don't take any tricks, you have to match whatever's in the pot - you're "bourree"). A friend of mine was telling me this weekend about a board game he really likes called Quelf - it's sort of an extreme version of Cranium.

I think it's King's Corners! I forgot about that game. My mom and I used to play that and Trouble when I was growing up.

Dh and I play board games at night after the kids go to bed. It's usually Monopoly(my fave.), but we also play Risk, Scrabble, Scattergories, Pictionary and Mad Libs(the card game version). We used to do that alot before we had kids(and cable) and we just recently started again when we realized we don't even sit and watch tv together anymore. I guess after almost 5 years of marriage we don't really care to suffer through each other's favorite shows anymore. We just set the game up in bed and maybe get a snack. It's been nice to spend time together again!
My DH has 12 siblings, so we always take our board games over to their house that require more than two players. Instant game night!

My girls are still pretty young but they love any kind of bingo, candyland, and puzzles. DH I like mancala, zilch, and cribbage. I personally love games and some of my favorites are monopoly, scatergories, and scrabble.
