What's the one luxury your family will NOT give up unless it's absolutely necessary?

In these tough times, everyone is looking for ways to cut back. However, every family has something that they really, really, really don't want to give up unless the financial gun is at their head. What's yours? Is it cable TV, the internet, eating out, extracurricular activities for the kids?
For my family, it's high speed internet. Dial-up is so slow in my area and it takes forever to load anything. My dh is in school right now and needs the internet for that. My dd uses the internet for school projects and entertainment. I'm on here a lot researching frugality, prices at different stores, and for Mommysavers of course! Yes, we could live without it, but we would have some major withdrawals.

We already have given up the telephone and cell phones. I think the high speed internet would be hard, but we can always go the library, cable television would definitely be the hardest.

I agree! I couldn't care less about cable, but I've gotta have my internet!

My son and husband are sports freaks, so we must have all cable channels in high def. Personally, I could throw the TV out the window and not miss it. Oh wait ... I'm newly addicted to Deadliest Catch so I guess I can't say that.
I could give up the internet at home because we have it at the office. Every spring I do alot of container gardening. That's the splurge I couldn't live without. I don't plant much in the ground because we have deer but the containers are up on the deck.

Since my husband has to have an internet connection for both his job and his classes, we can't give that up. He could use the library for some of his internet needs, but their hours and his work/class schedule aren't always compatible.
We have not found a jack for a land line anywhre in the house, so the cell phones are our only phone option unless we want to have a land line installed. We looked into it, but the cell phones are cheaper, especially since so many of his friends and family live out of state.

my cell phone. I'd sooner give up the internet *gasp* than go without a phone!

The hardest thing for us to give up would be cable. Well, for me it would be the DVR. I would hate to have to cut that.

It would be internet or cable. I think cable would go first.
