What creative things do your kids do with popsicle sticks?

-Picture frames
-Today the craft at camp was to draw a face on a bigger stick. Then they took pipe cleaners and wrapped them around for clothes.

I used them when I made felt popsicles. I was able to sew through them no problem.

You can make clothes for them out of felt or fabric scraps and hot glue them on.

You can make an American flag, my DS made a small one last year and entered it into the county fair.

The heart magnets and the gift tags are very cute! We've used them to make sleds (although we did them so that the sticks were runners on a toboggan style sled similar to this), boxes, coasters, doll houses.

We also would glue them to the outsides of a pickle jar or whatnot as a pen container, vase (with holes punched in the bottom with a nail), etc etc.

Would make fences and "jumps" for our breyer horses.

Beds for small dolls or stuffed animals. [url="http://www.makingfriends.com/beniebed.htm"[/URL]

The rudolph christmas ornaments or christmas trees were also super popular. Just make a V with 2 popsicle sticks and put one horizontally across near the top. Little red pom pom nose, and 2 googlie eyes and you're all set. We'd put little bows and holly leaves up at their "ear" also. Super simple and very cute so great for little kids.
