well July is usually when stores like once upon a child and other consignment shops start taking winter clothes. So start going thru your closets and make a little extra cash.

Sadly, a lot of the consignment shops in our areas have shut their doors. I haven't been able to figure out why they don't make it. So, I have to find a new place to take my stuff

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. Fortunately I put the consignment clothes into separate boxes at the end of the winter so I'm one step ahead, instead of six steps behind, for a change!

I took a box to Once Upon a Child last week. I didn't have much to clean out because I pass stuff down to the younger kids and they can still wear some of their things from last year. I got about $75 for what I took in though.

Once Upon a Child gave me $11 for 3 shirts and a pair of boots. I'm going to take the rest to Stuff and what they don't want I'm going to sell at my mom's garage sale.
