I go weekly. DS is in school and has library time then, but I usually pack up my friends girls (I watch them 3 days a week) and we go up there. They have coloring activities and puzzles, games, etc. the kids can play. We sit and read and pick out books (for me and the kids). I usually get a DVD for me and DH to watch over the weekend too. They're free as long as you return them in 7 days.

I used to go weekly. I haven't gone in a month, which reminds me, I need to return my books.

We go several times a week, our library is great, they have something scheduled for every day of the week.
