I use the Huggies Supreme diapers and my son is in a size 6 now. I'm trying to find out what a good cost per diaper is. I buy them at Walmart for $19 for 48 so if I'm figuring it right that would be .39 per diaper. What would be a good cost per diaper in your opinion?

Well, since prices vary so much in different parts of the country; I'd say, anything less than your usual price of 39.9 cents per diaper would be good

That is twice what I pay for Huggies at Walmart. Maybe it's the size difference, M is in size 3. I won't pay more than 20 cents, and try to do about 16. I either buy Luvs or Huggies with coupons.
