I just returned it to the library and really wasn't that impressed. Alot of the ideas were things we are already doing and some were probably best to consult a physician before trying. They gave ideas on saving money with a sick baby. i don't know about anyone else, but when my baby is sick saving five dollars on the tylenol and using a "recipe" from some book, not written by an M.D. is not my idea being frugal. It could make the baby sicker or do no good at all. To be fair, it does have alot of good ideas if you are new to frugality, but beware of the medical section.
