We are on WIC, but I often need to buy a large can (or two) before the next month and I asked my friend who is a pharmacist about Parent's Choice and she said as long as your baby doesn't show an aversion to the Parent's Choice, everything should be fine. We use Gentlease from Enfamil and PC even has a gentle formula. Along with all the other different types.

This formula is cheap enough that it is well worth my drive 28 miles to a Walmart to buy a large can compared to buying a small can of Enfamil at our local small town grocery store.

I've done really well with trading coupons online. I also was able to get on a local Enfamil research study that paid $210 plus a 3 month supply of formula. I've barely paid for formula this time around.

WOW! How did you get the Enfamil research study????

Formula is killing me being a brand new SAHM.

Anyone know of any generic brands that compare to Enfamil low iron?

I'm in Canada so I'm not sure if the formulas are called the same thing or not.

Parent's Choice...which is the Walmart brand....tends to have all different kinds of formula to match the different types of Enfamil and Similac. My daughter is on "Lactose Free" for example...and they have that in the Parent's Choice brand. When you go to Walmart...look on the container...it will say...."Compare to Enfamil and Similac low-iron" (as an example)
