Winn Dixie also has a baby club membership that after you hit xxx points they send you $10 off your next purchase of $50 or more. I typically go in there when they are having diaper sales, etc and purchase stuff.

Also, as others said Publix does too. I've not used their diapers but do appreciate the other coupons. If you have older kids (2 - 4) Publix now has a different program for them also - Preschool Pals Home.

Non-grocery stores:
If you signed up for a Target baby registry they also send you coupons in the mail. I normally only wind up using the diaper coupons though.

I think Babies R Us has one also but am not positive about that.

Out here in S. Cal Albertson's, Target, Walmart, BRU, and Baby Depot (a spin off from Burlington Coat Factory) have baby clubs. I think also Sam's Club and Costco have something if you are a member.

The Meijers around us (chicago-land) did the baby bucks but it just ended and I guess they aren't doing them again ... at least not now.

With Target, BRU, and Baby Depot I think you have to set up a gift registry...but you might want to check their websites to see if you can just sign up to get the discounts and coupons. With Albertsons the coupons just started coming to me. I think they see what you buy when you use your Albertsons card and when they see that you are spending most of your money on baby items, it puts you on their baby mailer list.

In my area, Shaw's has them (special coupons in the mail). Plus Price Chopper ... special coupons in the mail and coupons at check out. Also, at price chopper if it has a pharmacy you can get your prescription vitamins for 1 year free ... you get a coupon in the flyer and bring it in every month. The child needs to be under 3 years of age .... worked great for my 2 kiddos.
