I received a card in the mail at PP for a free 8' x 10'. Has anyone ever redeemed one of these before? I just want to get my one pic and be done with it but I am wondering if I have to pay anything extra or if I will get hit up with extra offers? Thanks

yes i loved them, they are truely free, but because they are so beautiful you can get sucked into buying some. but if you stick to it, you can get in and out with just the free one.

They will take a bunch of pictures, print them out as 8 x 10s and do a display in a frame. They will explain the packages and prices to you. If all you want is the free 8x10.. then you can get just the free 8x10 unless the coupon says otherwise.

Of course the purpose is to get you to buy more, but they have never been really pushy to us. We love going there for Caden's pics but they are a little pricey compared to other places ($18 a sheet). We've never been able to pick just one pose though!

I have done this a few times. Last time I got a free 8x10 for my husband on Fathers day.
It was a fun way to do a cheap gift. Then I bought a nice frame for half off!
The pictures were great and it is very tempting to buy more. But I just kept in mind the fact that I have thousands of pictures of my son at home with our own digital camera!

They do show you all the expensive packages and bla bla bla. If you can just sit through their presentation then walk out with your single free photo.

yep we have ours just explains the packages then leaves you to look you just flag someone down if you have questions then take up to the counter the ones you want if you just want the free one then just take up the one you want thats free. they will hold the others for a week incase you do decide you want more.. the great thing is they now have no sitting fees...

I personally love the JCPenney coupons deals. A bunch of pics for less than 10 bucks.
