use baby washcloths instead of wipes for diaper changes
don't buy a diaper bag - you get one from the hospital that works great
if you do buy wipes, buy the multipack refill package and refill the containers
I know it's been said but DEFINITELY sign up for WIC (which you can do when pregnant)
Do a diaper/gift card shower.
order diapers through 1800diapers
