I recently started shopping around for winter outerwear for my baby and my oldest DD. Every where I have looked coats and snow pants are really expensive. So I tried looking on ebay.

I got my baby a beautiful snowsuit for $15 (includes shipping) and all of the ones I have seen in the stores have been $55 and up!!!

My oldest DD will be getting a Gymboree coat, snow pants, scarf and hat for $38. These same items cost $100+ dollars at Gymboree and most other stores! So I easily saved over $100 using ebay to buy my DDs their winter outerwear

I have also used ebay to buy sporting goods. I just got my oldest a pair of $125 Jackson Figure Skates for $25 + shipping.

Be careful to not get caught up and set your price limits early on for items you place bids on and you can save tons of $$$ on ebay.

You are right. I've saved so much buying on ebay.

My daughter only wears dresses (her choice) so I bought them over the summer on ebay for school this year.

I also purchased snowsuits and boots on ebay.

I have learned to steer away from lots because sometimes I can't use everything in the lot and it gets waisted.

I like to buy Gymboree and Lands End clothes for the same price as new Walmart clothes. I've had good luck so far.
