Don't buy the expensive diapers for Baby Alive---just use the premie or newborn size of Pampers (much cheaper, especially if you can combine it with a coupon).

Baby doll clothes : look at garage sales, consignment stores for premie size clothes--usually a great fit for the baby dolls.

And it works the other way around too. I was a preemie and wore doll clothes at first because "real" baby clothes were too big. lol
