My child care kids and own kids love to make these easy to make ghosts. You need a toliet paper roll, white paint and crepe paper, string, glue, tape and black marker. What you do is take the tp roller paint it white, let dry. Then take the crepe paper (as long as you want) and glue it to the tp roller. Take the marker draw on face. Make a hanger out of the string, tape to the inside of roller. Hang anywhere. This turns out so cute and is so easy to make for all ages. Everyone like to pain!
