We don't have anything like that around us, I wish we did. The only thing comparable would be to use the beach at the state park, but I don't think we would do that enough to make it economical.

Us either. I know if we did, we would get our monies worth. All we have in town is the Rec. center, but that is an indoor pool and it costs about $3 per person. I have about four passes to swim for free so we will use those up for sure this summer. We did get the kids a pop up pool last summer, so at least they have that to use. I cant wait to get that set up for them! It is deep enough that they can stand up in it and the water hits them about to their chest, but they can still go under and swim. The town next to us is buiding a huge water park type thing, but it will not be done until next year.

We are able to go to the university to swim for free. However, most of my children's friends go to a private pool club. I'm thinking about joining this year simply because they have a baby pool and with dd being only 5 months old, that will be a plus. The only down side is the club pool has a snack bar and the kids will be wanting snacks, even though we usually take our own.

We have a pool in our neighborhood and our annual association fees cover usage of it for the summer. It's great, we go almost every day!

Before we lived in this neighborhood we joined a private pool/swim club. Our local community pool was not well maintained and just seemed to attract unsavory people.

We have around 4 pools in our HOA that we can use. We use them all summer long.

We do ~ well it's more a swimming hole than a pool. It's $45/household for the season (June 1 - Aug 15). It includes 3 sessions (2 weeks each) of swimming lessons for the entire family if needed. IT's honestly the BEST $45 we spend all summer!

If you don't get the household thing it's $1/person each visit.
