I use the same baskets every year. I don't use the fake grass (my vaccum doesn't like it). We don't hunt for easter candy we hunt for confetti eggs that we make together and have a great time crushing them on each other.

This year I am going to steal an idea from someone. I am putting seed packets of carrots, lettuce and radishes and other veggies. Usually u can get 10 seed packets for $1. then in the summer we can reap whatever the Easter bunnies friends don't eat.
I also reuse the baskets. I don't use grass. I usually put a couple crumpled up tissue paper at the bottom. we reuse the plastic eggs.

We reuse baskets and plastic eggs. I also try to buy decorations or gifts for the easter basket during the after easter sales. I'm not really big on buying the kids candy so I may only get them a small chocolate bunny. I also try to buy things that they may use. For example, we are going to Disney next month so what I plan on including in their baskets are Disney T-shirts (cheaper to buy now on sale then at Disney itself). DD is also going to get the Disney princess disposable camera on sale at Walgreens this week for $4.99.

I store & reuse the same basket grass & plastic eggs. I buy a couple of little easter themed gifts from the dollar spot at Target or Dollar Tree (she loves themed socks). All candy has been aquired from CVSing.

I just found last year's Easter presents--a stuffed bunny and an egg-shaped drinking cup. I guess that's what they'll get this year, too because they are too little to know the difference, lol. If I can find another cup similar to this one, I will probably get it, too.

I reuse the basket, plastic eggs and grass.
I bought my son's Easter stuff last year on clearance. I have some Easter hotwheels, tattoos, sunglasses, and the egg shaped chalk. I think I spent about five dollars on all of it. I'm not big on giving him a bunch of candy. He gets one of those 99cents chocolate bunnies and then I put in some goldfish crackers and fruit snacks. I did buy him a $5.00 DVD and two new books from the dollar tree.
I also bought a six pack of bubbles on sale a year or so ago and each year I put in one of the things of bubbles. My son is still small so he doesn't really care too much. He's happy with anything.

I love the suncatcher idea!!
